All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in the original shipping box along with the provided packing slip and ensure all original boutique tags are attached.

  Affix the prepaid luxury courier label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
